IN PERSON SESSIONS:

1 Hour sessions include cardio, general nutrition advice & strength training.

I do offer 30 minute sessions as well. Check availability and times to see if this fits with you!

Many clients choose to have sessions, 1-3 times a week. No commitment necessary, but it is strongly suggested. Clients often struggle to get the schedule they want unless we secure date, time & payment ahead of time.
